• My car was struck by a commercial truck.
• Traveling on I-70 West / I-35 South at the construction merge at Exit 2C (Broadway).
• The Truck was traveling at a high rate of speed in the right lane. The truck attempted to pass on the right shoulder after his clearly marked exit (Exit 2C) lane ended. The truck moved into the left lane and the trailer struck my right (passenger) front fender / wheel area / mirror / hood.
• Despite my honking, the truck would not pull over to exchange insurance information.
